I made two videos of my final work. They are in French :
Introduction & Around the checkboard
First of all, I'm French, so let me apologize for my imperfect English. "jeuxvidéo.thom" project consists of the creation of a fanmade Monopoly-like board game, video game related. All the parts of the game : money bills, cards and especially the board will be made only by myself (mostly drawings). If you're interested, give me your opinion ; I hope you'll enjoy my work.

Statue of Happiness
Here is the box for the Statue of Happiness from Liberty City (Grand Theft Auto 4), but located in SimCity on my board.
The statue will be visible out of the box.
In the box you see Niko Bellic (from GTA4) holding the ladder to go out of a swimming pool. A Sim is dead in the water and the Death is checking its papers for more information about the dead Sim.

Warp Zones
The four Warp Zones of the game are like the transports in the original Monopoly.
1. Warp Zone 1 : from Super Mario Bros. It is the first Warp Zone of the game, that can be found in level 1-2.
2. Warp ZoOoOone : from Super Meat Boy.
3. Warp Zone 3 : from Super Mario Bros. 3. You can find this Warp Zone juste after using a magic whistle.
4. enoZ praW : from Braid. There is no Warp Zones in Braid, but I found interesting to include this Warp Zone because of the singularity of the game.
Columbia
Here is the bonus zone : Columbia, from the next BioShock Infinite. I drew only a few buildings, some clouds and a lot of American flags.
In the boxes, you can see Linebeck (from The Legend of Zelda : Phantom Hourglass), Booker DeWitt (the playable character of BioShock Infinite), Yuna (Final Fantasy X) praying LOG (Lord Of Games, from Banjo-Kazooie : Nuts & Bolts), and finally Elizabeth (also from BioShock Infinite).

Delfino Plaza properties
The two properties of Delfino Plaza : Ricco Harbor (from Super Mario Sunshine) and Peach Beach (from Mario Kart Double Dash !!).
You can also see the Goo Incineration Factory and the first Warp Zone of the board - for a total of four Warp Zones.
The B.I.U.D. is the French version of Isle Delfino news bulletin.

Rapture and its Neighbourhood
Here is a bigger picture of Rapture ; now you can see its neighbourhood : Raccoon City (right).
I completed Rapture by adding some fishes : Bloopers (from Mario serie) and a Wailord (from Pokémon). I also add a Bathysphere and the crashed plane above the boxes.
Then, in the boxes, from left to right, you can see :
-enoZ praW : a cameo of Braid (which is a cameo of Super Mario Bros.)
-"Prenez ces $1'000, je vous prie" or "Would you kindly take those $1'000" with two robots from the game Machinarium
-The Circus of Values
-The three properties of Rapture
-The Gatherer's Garden
-The Wreck of Maria Doria from Tomb Raider
-Chell, the Cube, Atlas and P-Body from Portal serie
-Rosalina from Super Mario Galaxy
-And finally the properties of Raccoon City
And above the boxes, there are other boxes which will be Columbia (from BioShock : Infinite), but it's not finished yet.

Rapture properties
The three properties that can be bought in Rapture (BioShock).
From left to right :
-Ryan Industries, with of course Andrew Ryan from BioShock.
-Dionysus Park, with Sofia Lamb from BioShock 2.
-Minerva's Den, with Charles Milton Porter and The Thinker (from Rodin) from BioShock 2 DLC : Minerva's Den.

Midgar
Here it is : I just finished to draw Midgar from Final Fantasy VII !
I chose to split the path in this part of the board, because of Midgar architecture : slums in the bottom and the rich part of the town above.
From left to right you can see :
Above
-Shinra Tower : with Rufus Shinra, and his father killed by Sephiroth just behind him.
-Caith Sith and Reeve
-Loveless Theatre : a fictive place that I created to pay homage to the famous Loveless bill and street (also seen in Crisis Core : Final Fantasy VII). You can see Scarlet and Heiddeger behind.
-Zidane Tribal from Final Fantasy IX : the main character of Final Fantasy IX, my favorite one.
Bottom
-A Save Point from Final Fantasy VII
-Slums Church : with Aerith Gainsbourgh.
-The 7th Heaven : Tifa's bar.
-Globox back from Rayman in a blue portal from Portal (the orange portal is at the opposite of the board to connect the two parts).

First Sample
Here is a sample of my board.
Precisely, this is the two first boxes of the game, introducing Pallet Town. You can see Blue (or Gary) playing Pokémon trading cards and Professor Oak with the Pokédex in his hand.
You probably noticed that my game is in French ; "Bourg Palette : la ville des grands départs" means "Pallet Town : the town of big departures". And "Laboratoire Pokémon" means "Pokémon Laboratory".

Introduction
Usually, in a standard Monopoly board, you have to buy towns or cities assorted by colors and sorted by prices (from the cheapest to the most expensive). In my game the groups of colors will be replaced by different famous cities of video games, and each city will have two or three famous places.
Here is the list of the cities in my game, from the cheapest to the most expensive :
-Pallet Town (from Pokémon versions : Red-Blue-Green-Yellow - Game Boy)
-Delfino Plaza (from Super Mario Sunshine - Game Cube)
-Clock Town (from The Legend of Zelda : Majora's Mask - N64)
-City 17 (from Half-Life 2 - PC/Mac)
-Silent Hill (PlayStation)
-Sim City (PC/Mac)
-Raccoon City (from Resident Evil/Biohazard - PlayStation)
-Rapture (from BioShock - PC)
-Midgar (from Final Fantasy VII - PlayStation)
